SuperOffice Implementation Method

With the SuperOffice implmentation method (SIM), you can expect implementations which are done right the first time, on time, on budget and to your expectations.

Based on more than 11,000 successful implementations, we have created a structured and systematic methodology designed to:

  • Get faster return on your CRM investment
  • Achieve high adoption rates
  • Achieve CRM success the way you envisioned it

Up and running in no time
The framework is flexible and accommodates different levels and scopes of CRM projects.  Our “Less is More” philosophy for software design also applies with our consultancy services to ensure a fat but secure deployment of your solution.

What is SIM?
SIM is an implementation framework/ tool which consists of streamlined processes and relevant implementation activities to ensure the customer and the implementation consultants use the same method, tools and “speak the same language”.  This means there are no surprises and you get CRM delivered to your expectations.

How it works
SIM consists of four interrelated phases where each step holds a set of potential activities and tools that support the specific phase.

The output of each phase is a set of verifiable outcomes which lead into the next phase.  This ensures commitment and alignment with all stakeholders before proceeding to the next step in the implementation plan.

Identify: Early involvement with the customer and the sales team in order to scope the correct CRM solution to meet customer needs.  Customer receives an accurate project estimate and realistic implementation timeframe before the contract is signed.

Initiate: This phase secures a well defined project plan limiting “surprises” and describes roles and responsibilities in the project.

Design: The purpose of this phase is to get an in depth knowledge of the customer’s different business and work processes in order to build a solution that fulfills the needs/ capabilities specified in agreement with the customer. The outcome of the Design phase is an agreement on how the entire solution should be designed, including integration, data import, 3rd party solutions, etc.

Implement: The purpose of this phase is to implement the prototype presented in the Design phase.  This phase also ensures that the CRM solution runs without problems in the customer’s IT environment and that the users are trained in the use and operation of the system.
