The server module Exchange Synchronizer and Domino Synchronizer from Infobridge B.V. ensures all appointments and SuperOffice contacts related to appointments are instantly synchronised between your SuperOffice and Exchange or Domino with no user interaction.

Ideal when not all employees uses SuperOffice and your company have an enterprise calendar. It also ensures that you have access to your appointment and contact information on your Smartphone or PDA  using ActiveSync.

SuperOffice Remote Travel
Ideal for companies who have a lot of sales people on the road and who need to be away from the office for long periods of time.

• Information is available on your notebook with or without internet coverage using our Windows Travel modules.
• When you are back in the office, all the data is updated with the main server.

SuperOffice Satellite
For any installation that is geographically remote from the head office and that has multiple users in a LAN that require off-line flexibility, SuperOffice Satellite is the correct solution

Typically, a  Satellite installation will be a branch office.  Each branch office has its own database on the local network, because this gives a fast response time and lower communication costs. 

Similar to Remote Travel, each Satellite exchanges information with the head office, so that they are all kept up to date.  The update frequency is defined upon need, and typically is  once a day.

Each Satellite database has its own set of users, and its own set of data, set through Area Management (It is possible to include all information in all Satellites.)

SuperOffice Area Management
Use Area Management to give travel users and satellites the information that they need, but not more.  Great for limiting the size of the local databases.

Some organizations do not want all the SuperOffice CRM information to be visible to every user.  Some organizations have large databases that are not practical to copy to a laptop computer.  Area Management is a function used to limit the information that is copied into Travel or Satellite databases.

Area management works as a filter, so that each Travel user or satellites (or group of users) is given the information they need, but not more.  This limits the size of the local databases as well as the update traffic.  It also limits the potential for information loss if the local database is stolen or lost.
